We want you to be happy with your order — simple as that. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it.
Returns (Change of Mind)
Changed your mind? No problem.
You can return items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in brand new condition. Original packaging must be intact. Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll get a full refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t working properly:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Share clear photos / videos of the issue. We’ll offer you: A replacement or A full refund (including shipping if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned:
• Opened or used products.
• Items without original packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse.
Return Process
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you with the next steps. Ship the item back to us (we’ll provide instructions).
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item. It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank
Shipping Costs
Change of mind → customer covers return shipping.
Damaged / faulty item → we cover everything.
